Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Warranty

Shipping containers are sold based on their listed condition and specifications. Any warranty or guarantee that applies to a specific container will be clearly stated in the product listing or sales agreement.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, used shipping containers are sold as-is, with no additional warranty covering normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, rust, dents, flooring, seals, or other conditions associated with used containers.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the container or request available photos and information before completing a purchase.

Returns

Because shipping containers are large, specialized products that require transportation, all sales are generally considered final once the container has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

A return may only be considered if the container is substantially different from the agreed description or if a return has been approved by Norman Golf Carts before the container is returned.

Customers must contact us before attempting to return a container. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis when a refund is permitted under the applicable sales agreement.

If a refund is approved, the customer may be responsible for applicable transportation, delivery, pickup, restocking, or other costs associated with the return.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible after the returned container has been received and inspected.

Damage or Issues Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the shipping container as soon as possible after delivery.

If you notice significant damage or an issue that appears to have occurred during transportation, document the condition with photographs and contact Norman Golf Carts promptly.

Customers should not modify, repair, move, or alter the container before contacting us about a delivery-related issue unless necessary to prevent immediate damage or safety concerns.

Incorrect or Misrepresented Container

If a container received by the customer materially differs from the container that was purchased or from the specifications agreed upon at the time of sale, Norman Golf Carts will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or another mutually agreed solution.

Customer Inspection

Customers are responsible for reviewing the container’s description, specifications, condition, photographs, and applicable terms before purchase.

If you have questions about the condition of a container, please ask before completing your purchase.

Delivery Acceptance

Acceptance of delivery indicates that the customer has received the container at the agreed delivery location. Customers should inspect the container promptly and report any significant discrepancies or delivery damage as soon as possible.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order and before the container has been dispatched.

Once transportation has been scheduled or the container has been shipped, cancellation may be subject to transportation, pickup, administrative, or other applicable costs.

Important Notice

Shipping container condition can vary significantly, particularly with used containers. Cosmetic imperfections such as dents, surface rust, scratches, paint fading, and normal wear may be present and do not necessarily qualify the container for a return or refund.

By purchasing a shipping container, the customer acknowledges the condition and specifications provided for the specific container and agrees to the applicable sales terms.
